Extended Health Benefits

I am a registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). Many health benefit plans offer partial or full coverage for services provided by Registered Social Workers. It is advisable to contact your insurance provider beforehand to verify the specifics of your coverage. Please note that I do not offer direct billing, but I can provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Additionally, expenses incurred for these services may be eligible for a medical tax deduction.

Cancellation

Please ensure to give a minimum of 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the session cost. Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equivalent to 100% of the session cost.
